For more information, please visit https://univers.com/ Integrated Marketing Intern Focus: In-person events, customer engagement, lead generation Key Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, partner events, and Univers-hosted sessions. Help create and manage event assets: brochures, banners, slides, name tags. Assist with pre-event outreach and post-event follow-ups. Document and summarize event outcomes (leads, engagement, photos, recaps). Support sales enablement activities (e.g. localized decks, sales materials). Work closely with marketing and GTM teams to activate campaigns regionally. Ideal Profile: Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced settings. Great communicator and team player. Passionate about sustainability and technology. Bonus: Experience with event planning or student clubs.
Responsibilities
The intern will coordinate logistics for tradeshows and partner events while assisting with lead generation and customer engagement activities. They will also support the marketing and GTM teams by creating event assets and sales materials.
