Your Role in VT Markets The Manager, Integrated Marketing – Promotions is responsible for planning, execution and optimization of promotional campaigns that drive user acquisition, activation, deposits, and trading activity.This role focuses on translating strategy into high-performing campaigns, ensuring efficient rollout, strong performance tracking, and continuous optimization across global and regional markets. 3. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Execution * Develop compelling promotional mechanics that drive user action while maintaining profitability * Localize campaign strategies to suit regional market needs * Plan and execute end-to-end promotional campaigns, including: * Deposit bonuses * Trading incentives * Competitions and seasonal campaigns * Ensure campaigns are launched on time, with accurate setup and clear user journeys * Coordinate campaign assets, landing pages, and communication across channels * Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure all campaigns and promotions meet regulatory and internal guidelines. * Ensure T&Cs, eligibility rules, operational flows, and edge cases are clearly defined and communicated to internal teams. * Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different promotion types and campaign formats. Campaign Optimization & Performance * Partner with MarTech/Data teams to ensure robust tracking, tagging, and attribution are in place for all campaigns and promotions. * Monitor campaign and promotion performance dashboards (e.g. sign-ups, funded accounts, trading volume, redemption, cost, ROI) and flag issues early. * Support post-campaign reviews with structured performance summaries, insights, and recommendations for optimization. * Maintain a campaign & promotions performance library, documenting what worked, what didn’t, and best practices for reuse. * Identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategies (targeting, mechanics, incentives) * Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness Cross-functional Coordination * Act as a central coordination point between Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support for campaigns and promotions. * Ensure internal teams are aligned on timelines, mechanics, risk considerations, and client impact before launch. * Support internal communication and training on new promotion types, mechanics, rules, and processes so teams understand how to position and support them. * Ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints Operational Management * Manage campaign setup, QA, and execution processes * Maintain campaign calendars and timelines across markets * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (especially in financial promotions) Reporting & Insights * Prepare post-campaign analysis and reporting * Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns * Maintain dashboards and reporting templates for ongoing performance tracking 4. What Success Looks Like * Smooth, error-free campaign execution across multiple markets * Consistent delivery of high-performing campaigns that drive deposits and trading activity * Improved campaign efficiency and ROI over time * Strong collaboration across teams to deliver integrated marketing outcomes 5. What Makes You a Great Fit Experience * At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or promotions management, preferably in brokerage, fintech, or financial services. * Strong understanding of digital campaign workflows and promotional mechanics (bonuses, rebates, contests, referrals, etc.). * Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns and promos with complex stakeholder environments. * Familiarity with MarTech and ops tools (CRM/ESP, automation platforms, project management tools, analytics/reporting tools). * High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills. * Comfortable working with data and dashboards to monitor performance and support decisions. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate across global, regional and local teams.
