Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering Super marketing or related and working with product, distribution and business teams to develop and optimise customer acquisition, onboarding & engagement experiences preferred
  • Broad technical understanding of direct and digital marketing strategy, CX, channels and platforms, including email, social media, search and display advertising
  • Proven marketing project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst juggling multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to create key audience cohort communications
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologiesAppropriate tertiary qualifications or preparedness to undergo studies in marketing or relevant commercial degree and/or experience
