Purpose of the Role: The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for turning brand strategies into cohesive, cross-channel execution. This role sits at the intersection of brand, social, digital, shopper, and creative—ensuring every consumer touchpoint works together seamlessly. You’ll partner closely with Brand Managers, Creative, Sales, external agencies, and other cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs that drive awareness, trial, and conversion across core products, innovation, and seasonal initiatives. This is a highly visible role ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in fast-paced CPG environments and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Integrated Campaign Development & Execution Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social, influencer, email, PR, retail media, and shopper channels. Build and maintain annual marketing calendars to ensure alignment across brand, sales, digital, and retail partners. Translate strategy into actionable briefs, creative toolkits, messaging frameworks, and activation assets. Ensure all consumer touchpoints reflect brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive experience. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Brand Managers to operationalize brand and innovation strategies. Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute retailer-specific programs for Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Amazon, and key regional accounts. Work with Creative, Digital, and eComm teams to ensure consistent content and messaging across channels. Agency & Partner Management Manage day-to-day relationships with creative, media, influencer, and PR agencies. Own campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets and cross-functional alignment. Review agency output to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality execution. Content & Digital Activation Support content strategy, development and execution across social media (instagram, FB, TikTok), influencer, digital shelf, and retail media. Guide asset creation for PDPs, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retailer platforms. Identify opportunities to elevate storytelling across digital channels. Shopper & Retail Activation Support retailer-focused online and in-store shopper marketing programs, including coupons, POS materials, seasonal promotions, and launches. Develop sell-in decks, activation recaps, and customer-facing materials. Insights, Reporting & Optimization Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance of campaigns. Create recaps and insights that inform future planning and optimize ROI. Monitor consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive activity to identify opportunities. Qualifications Qualifications 4–7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, shopper marketing, social media and omnichannel campaign management within CPG, beverage, or natural products. Demonstrated success managing cross-channel campaigns. Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. Experience working with creative agencies, media teams, and diverse internal stakeholders. Strong understanding of paid media, social, influencer, retail media, and shopper marketing ecosystems. Passion for food, beverage, or wellness categories is a plus. Our pay ranges are guided by the discipline, level, and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience, and advanced education/ training.
