Your Role in VT Markets The Senior Manager, Programs & Promotions is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of scalable promotional and lifecycle programs that drive user acquisition, activation, trading activity, and retention.This role sits at the core of the Integrated Marketing function, translating business objectives into high-impact campaigns and structured programs that deliver measurable growth across global and regional markets. 3. Key responsibilities: Strategic Planning * Define and own campaign strategy for promotions and lifecycle programs aligned with business growth targets (acquisition, deposits, trading volume, retention) * Transition from tactical, ad-hoc campaigns to scalable, always-on program frameworks * Identify market opportunities and translate them into commercially viable campaign strategies * Partner with Product, Sales, and Regional teams to align on priorities and GTM approach * Programs & Promotions Campaign Management * Oversee the management and prioritisation of always-on marketing programs and promotional campaigns across global marketing & regional marketing (e.g., deposit bonuses, trading competitions, loss recovery programs) * Ensure campaigns are: * Clear business objective driven * Data-driven * ROI-positive * Operationally scalable * Standardize campaign frameworks, mechanics, and templates for global and regional deployment * Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and iteration Lifecycle & Growth Programs * Design and manage lifecycle programs across the user journey: * Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Reactivation → Loyalty * Develop structured programs such as: * Loyalty / VIP programs * Referral programs * Always-on trading incentives * Drive user engagement and trading frequency through behavioral segmentation 1. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Act as a central coordination point between Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support for campaigns and promotions. * Ensure internal teams are aligned on timelines, mechanics, risk considerations, and client impact before launch. * Support internal communication and training on new promotion types, mechanics, rules, and processes so teams understand how to position and support them. Performance & Analytics * Define success metrics and KPIs for all programs and promotions * Monitor and report on: * Net deposits * Trading volume * Cost per acquisition (CPA) * ROI of campaigns * Leverage data insights to refine targeting, mechanics, and incentives Operational Excellence * Build scalable processes and frameworks to manage high campaign volume efficiently * Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines (especially in CFD / financial promotions) * Improve speed-to-market through structured workflows and automation 4. What Success Looks Like * Shift from fragmented campaigns to a cohesive, scalable program ecosystem * Consistent growth in trading activity driven by structured incentives * Faster campaign execution with higher ROI * Strong alignment between global strategy and regional execution 5.
