Make an Impact We are seeking a talented and driven Integrated Marketing Specialist for Portfolio Brands – EMEA to join our Portfolio Marketing team at Fossil Group, based in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, you will lead the execution of EMEA regional campaigns and seasonal product launches for our licensed portfolio (including, but not limited to, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, and Tory Burch)—connecting global brand direction with strong, market-relevant execution. This is a hybrid position based in our Basel office. You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This role reports directly to the Global Director, Portfolio Marketing. What you will do in this role: Global & Regional Go-To-Market Translate global seasonal brand strategies into actionable EMEA go-to-market plans, with focused support for priority markets. Localize global campaigns with internal partners and agency teams—adapting assets, messaging, and activations to regional opportunities. Own the EMEA GTM calendar and key milestones, ensuring campaign readiness across PR, media, and key channels. Partner closely with Regional Trade Marketing to drive seamless activation and POS readiness across EMEA. Collaborate with brand, merchandising, and sales teams to align on seasonal priorities, key moments, and storytelling angles that support sell-in and sell-out. Performance & Optimization Track campaign performance and deliver post-launch recaps to inform future GTM planning and decision-making. Monitor EMEA trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities to strengthen regional impact. Partner with agencies and finance to evaluate ROI and ensure investments support business objectives. Manage timelines, deliverables, global toolkits, and communication flow between central and regional teams to ensure clear and aligned execution. Drive continuous improvements to streamline cross-market processes and increase efficiency. Budget Management Manage the EMEA integrated marketing budget end-to-end (planning, phasing, tracking, and monthly reconciliations). Provide clear budget visibility through forecasts, adjustments, and ROI reviews in partnership with finance and global marketing. Agency & Partner Management Brief media, PR, and creative agencies using regionalized briefs pre-aligned with commercial teams. Lead agency relationships to drive top-quality execution and optimized performance. Media, PR & Retail Execution Lead execution of paid media, influencer programs, PR initiatives, editorial content, and regional amplification. Oversee integration of marketing and trade marketing efforts in key accounts to support retail performance and product focus moments. Who You Are 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand, or go-to-market management (ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands). Strong understanding of integrated marketing and multi-channel campaign delivery across regions. Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Clear communicator who builds alignment across global, regional, and agency partners. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution. A natural connector and problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Passion for brand storytelling, collaboration, and delivering measurable commercial results. What We Offer A collaborative, international environment with exposure to both global strategy and regional execution. The opportunity to work across iconic licensed brands and diverse EMEA markets.
