We’re seeking an Integrated Marketing Strategist who merges strategic vision with creative execution to drive brand visibility and product promotion across all channels. This role combines content marketing, visual communication, digital strategy, and event coordination—working cross-functionally with sales, technical, and executive teams.
The ideal candidate will be equally skilled in crafting compelling content and designing on-brand visual assets, with the technical acumen to translate complex product details into accessible marketing material. This position also plays a pivotal role in planning and executing trade shows and supporting BRECOflex’s continuous improvement under ISO 9001 standards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and keyword research.
  • Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Webflow (or other CMS), and social media management platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in or ability to understand technical/engineering concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in coordinating trade show presence, from pre-event strategy to post-show follow-up
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B or industrial marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with technical fluency.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow).
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of or experience in coordinating trade show presence, from pre-event strategy to post-show follow-up.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
