    • 3-5 years’ experience in social media management & social media advertising, working with Marketing, Digital Communications, Media within Agency/ Multinational matrix environment, Publishing Industry
    • Home Design knowledge is a must
    • Motivated by IKEA culture and values
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
    • Strong background in content curation, content productions, influencer marketing and paid social is a must
    • Deep knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Youtube, Spotify)
    • Deep knowledge of social analytics tools (Emplifi)
    • Analytical skills and structured mindset
    • Experience with digital marketing and a multichannel set-up
    • Strong project management & leadership skills

      • Contribute to implement the IKEA Italia social media strategy, aligned with the marketing strategy

      • Manage and oversee the social media editorial plan
      • Guarantee an effective content curation strategy to reach the SoMe goals
      • Contribute to implement the influencer marketing strategy
      • Provide input to the social media agenda with the SoMe Media Agency to drive media efficiency and effectiveness
      • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices and latest platforms (e.g: TikTok)
      • Make social media data available/understandable/actionable by monitoring, collecting, analysing the appropriate metrics and insights for continuous improvement and decision making
      • Contribute to define and implement integrated campaigns
      • Enable the sharing of best practices, success stories and innovation initiatives and learning content for social media competence development in the market
      • Competitor research and benchmarking
      • Provide subject matter support for the country teams, keep them informed on planned deliveries and together with the countries secure the right balance between social media effectiveness and efficiency
