The Integrated Monitoring and Operational Performance Administrative Department is primarily responsible for integrating expert and partner work to support the monitoring of Desjardins Group’s risk profile, producing a strategic overview of the organization’s risk posture, and providing guidance for risk monitoring. As Manager, Integrated Monitoring, your team’s mandate will be to implement Desjardins Group’s integrated monitoring framework and coordinate monitoring activities within the Risk Management Executive Division. • Build and lead a team of professionals with extensive experience in risk management to successfully carry out all related activities.
• Help build the administrative department’s execution plan.
• Develop and implement the integrated monitoring program.
• Guide and support risk area experts in the design of their monitoring programs.
• Optimize and operationalize the integrated monitoring process within the Risk Management Executive Division.
• Produce regular reports to senior management and to the appropriate bodies.
• Uphold Desjardins’s values by establishing management and communication practices that support change, talent attraction and retention, development, employee engagement and diversity.
• Support your sector’s action plan by managing individual and team performance.
• Continuously improve process management.
