QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Research, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in scheduling or production planning required, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• APICS, CPIM or CIRM certification are preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP II principles, concepts and supply chain processes.
• High degree of initiative, ability to achieve results individually and in a team environment, commitment to task and detail orientation, ability to multi-task in a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent oral, written and computer skills, including strong proficiency in Excel and Word required.

• Develop and manage daily schedules for NAR Saflex products, ensuring execution plans meet manufacturing order deadlines.
• Coordinate importation of Saflex products to fulfill North American customer requirements.
• Plan and replenish Saflex raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Issue weekly production plans aligned with business inventory targets; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate material status and availability to Customer Service Representatives and pertinent business leaders.
• Support the design and execution of logistics improvement projects at both site and global levels, focusing on process efficiency and cost reduction.
• Maintain planning parameters in SAP, manage exception messages, and resolve conflicts related to material availability, capacity constraints, and order promise integrity.
• Collaborate with suppliers and business leaders to address daily operational issues, including delivery timeliness, quality concerns, and transportation challenges.
• Manage warehouse replenishment process (Distribution Requirements Planning - DRP).
