YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Awareness of product knowledge and a good understanding of the relationship with the interfacing and contributory areas
• Ability to analyse and interpret data utilising key metrics and performance indicators to understand and enable the development of the organisation
• Comprehensive understanding of current IT software packages (Excel, planning software, modelling software)
• Strong understanding of Project Management and Continuous Improvement techniques
• Minimum HND in relevant planning or technical discipline or suitable equivalent and/or demonstrated experience of planning within an aircraft operating environment

• Lead a department which includes a diverse range of individuals and SMEs from different disciplines
• Evaluating and assessing the performance of the organisation to understand the impact of change and support continuous improvement of the organisation
• Enable a safe working environment for colleagues on site and the output of a safe and quality product through accurate and efficient planning
• Building strong relationships with customers, and other key internal and external stakeholders
• Analysing, understanding and implementing the organisational requirements for the key deliverables at TyTAN to enable successful achievement of project deliverables
