Description
Collaborate and Support various Data Center (DC) Integrated business planning, reporting and benchmarking initiatives. Actively contribute to DC Capacity planning and delivery operations. Assist with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) template development, governance, activity coding and management. Support standardization of processes, procedures, guidelines, and workflows across all the regions (AMER, APAC and EMEA). Be responsible for review and validation of schedules and collection of all pertinent data from the schedules. Identify, consolidate and develop reliable source(s) of information. Understand and map information flow between various applications and tools for effective integration. Coordinate with EPC stakeholders and integrate reporting requirements. Be responsible for creation, distribution and maintenance of executive level reports to the leadership team. Draft standard processes and procedure guidelines. Develop workflows and process maps. Plan and manage partnering workshops with EPC stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Support implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and execute Objective and Key Results (OKRs) for DC portfolio. Embody our Culture and Values Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in EPC Construction engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development 2+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
