Salisbury Elementary School is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Integrated Preschool Teacher to join our Early Childhood Team! An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development, a passion for inclusion of all types of learners, the ability to work as a team member with our school based therapists, as well as model and implement appropriate early childhood practices in the classroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching multiple sections of preschool as well as guiding classroom instructional assistants on daily tasks to maximize learning and inclusion of all students in the classroom. Our integrated preschool classrooms require a teacher with exceptional organizational skills, ability to regularly collaborate with team members, have effective ongoing communication with administration and families, and a background in or understanding of working with students with special needs.
Background in early childhood curriculums and a special education license is preferred
