REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years in a production environment.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with celebrity talent.
• Experience working on a global account.
• Experience working in the beauty category a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and progressively to find creative solutions for any problem.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Organized and works well under tight and changing deadlines.
• Efficient problem solver in a production environment.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Integrated Producer is a senior level position that is responsible for managing the production of projects that combine multiple platforms, such as digital, broadcast, print, social, and experience. They work with a variety of teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet client requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee multiple projects, from the initial briefing to the final wrap. This includes managing schedules, generating budgets, and resolving conflicts.
• Establish and maintain effective, trusting and collaborative working relationships with clients, 3rd party partners and internal departments.
• Create estimates and schedules and manage projects from beginning to end to make sure they are on time and on budget.
• Train and delegate tasks and productions to Producers.
• Serve as primary communicator with creative, account and project managers on upcoming and active project statuses.
• Work with the Director of Production to identify growth opportunities, client revenue forecasting and tracking burn on projects.
• Bid out and manage production shoots with 3rd partner vendors.
• Collaborate with EPs in other NA offices for shared support, production knowledge, and best practices.
• Work with Business Affairs to support any licensing and usage requests.
• Work with 3rd party talent partners to manage and facilitate talent search + contracts.
• Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot production challenges.
• Attend shoots to oversee production as needed.
