INTEGRATED PROJECT MANAGER:

(add)ventures is actively recruiting for a full time Integrated Project Manager who will be responsible for fast-paced creative/digital marketing projects with regard to oversight on schedules, budgeting, resourcing and providing status updates to internal and external stakeholders. A complete understanding of the design process is required to succeed in this position, including the ability to anticipate and react to time-related constraints. Ideal candidates will have experience managing client expectations, are comfortable in high-pressure situations and understand tight deadlines.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role (PMP preferred)
• 2+ years of experience working with creative processes required, from kickoff to working with creative, marketing and digital teams through to project launch
• Project Management experience with digital assets preferred, e.g., landing pages, banners, microsites etc.
• 2+ years of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) needed; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knowledge preferred
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines, a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
• Experience in writing for a professional setting
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite expertise
