Integrated Recovery Coordinator  * Full‑time | Permanent | Monday–Friday (no weekends or public holidays) * Start date: Thursday 4 June 2026 * Help people move forward after injury Facilitate the support your clients need to regain independence About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi ACC is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, organised people to join our Level 1 Integrated Recovery team. In this role, you’ll work one‑to‑one with clients who have experienced injury and have have been out of work for a long time. Your focus will be on understanding what matters to them, reducing barriers, and coordinating the right supports to help them move toward positive rehabilitation outcomes. You won’t do this alone — you’ll collaborate closely with health providers, employers, whānau, and community networks, playing a key role in helping people rebuild confidence, capability, and independence. You might be an experienced administrator, come from a customer service or public‑facing role, or have experience supporting people through complex situations. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, stay organised, and remain calm and resilient when things get tough.
