Responsibilities
The Integrated Sales Executive is an office-based inside sales employee who directly interacts with prospects (through phone and technology) to position the value of our products and services as defined and supported by our sales methodology. This position converts outbound and inbound prospects, which may be mapped to specific geography and field sales professionals, to builder members using a persuasive case.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong prospecting, business development and cold calling skills, able to develop and deliver scripted calls.
  • Ability/experience working closely with a field sales team.
  • Great relationship with interpersonal/presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn detailed information about products and services and clearly and effectively articulate.
  • A self-starter with consultative sales approach who is proactive in increasing sales revenue.
  • Must have professional and confident phone/e-mail skills.
  • Experience leveraging social media to build leads/sales
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and Salesforce.com.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Home Building, Real Estate or Insurance experience
    Physical Role Requirements: Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
    Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
    Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role): 1+ year of related experience required

    This role pays $15.00/hr plus job based incentives, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.

  • Leverage social networks to enhance and improve lead and sale activity.
  • Maintain close relationships with a support field sales organization as required.
