About the Role As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll be at the heart of our warehouse - managing inventory, fulfilling orders, organizing and barcoding products, and preparing equipment for shipment. Your days stay varied, rotating through inventory entry, order fulfillment, processing returns, and equipment breakdown and deinstallation. It's a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Handle, store, and manage inventory to company and ISO 13485 standards Pull and fulfill orders, then package and ship items to customer requirements Operate forklifts and hand trucks safely, and build custom shipping crates Process returns and support cycle counts, scrap processing, and parts investigation Support de-installation of medical equipment and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) Contribute to Lean and 5S initiatives and meet production-rate expectations What You'll Bring Required High school diploma or GED 1–3 years of warehouse or order-fulfillment experience Strong organization, attention to detail, and hands-on mechanical aptitude Willing to work occasional on-call shifts, as determined by you and your manager Nice to Have Forklift training and Quality/ISO experience Valid driver's license with a good driving record Why Join Us At Tri Imaging Solutions, our mission is simple: keep life-saving imaging technology running at its best.
