Teamwork- Proactive & effective communication, respect, humility, curious, openminded, diversity Position Summary: Modula, Inc. is seeking a strategic Integrated Solutions Sales Manager to drive the development and sales of integrated automation solutions. This role is responsible for identifying complex customer needs, designing comprehensive system-based solutions, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver value-driven proposals that align with Modula’s automation capabilities. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of industrial automation systems, a consultative sales mindset, and the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close opportunities for integrated system solutions within target markets. Serve as a subject matter expert on system-level automation solutions, including hardware, software, and integration components. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Field Sales to develop comprehensive proposals tailored to customer requirements. Conduct in-depth needs assessments and site evaluations to understand workflow, storage, and automation challenges. Develop solution strategies that align customer objectives with Modula’s product portfolio and integration capabilities. Drive pipeline development and maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within Salesforce. Lead the technical sales process for integrated solutions from concept through contract execution. Support RFP responses, system design reviews, and technical clarifications throughout the sales cycle. Stay current on industry trends, automation advancements, and competitive offerings to maintain strategic advantage. 85% travel domestically (and internationally as needed) to support customer engagements and global alignment initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, systems integration, technical sales, or solutions-based selling Strong understanding of automated storage, material handling systems, or warehouse automation preferred Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Strong analytical, presentation, and consultative selling skills Ability to translate technical requirements into customer-focused value propositions Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Modula Inc. is an EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) Employer.
