As the Systems Integration and Startup Manager, you will lead the critical transition from construction to operation, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute comprehensive test plans that ensure all centrifuge equipment and support systems function according to their design. You will oversee the turnover process from the EPC contractor, coordinate the development of training programs and operational procedures, and ensure all activities comply with NRC regulations and the facility’s license. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient startup of the plant, managing the team responsible for testing, and addressing any identified deficiencies through corrective action.
