About the Role As a Technician III, you'll be a subject-matter expert and team lead, working independently with minimal supervision on advanced, complex technical work across one or more modalities. You'll resolve non-routine problems, lead or coordinate a modality as needed, and mentor Technician I and II teammates. This is the senior step on the Technician career path. What You'll Do Independently perform advanced and complex technical work with minimal supervision Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) and primary technical resource for your modalities Lead or coordinate a modality as needed, organizing work and team priorities Diagnose and resolve complex, non-routine system and parts issues Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to Technician I and II staff Drive quality and continuous improvement, escalating only the most complex issues What You'll Bring Required 4+ years of diagnostic imaging service or in-house technical experience Deep, working-to-advanced knowledge of imaging system architecture and parts Primary expertise in at least one modality (MRI, CT, X-ray, or ultrasound) Nice to Have Associate degree in Biomedical Electronics, Electronics, or a related field Multi-modality expertise and prior mentoring or lead experience Why Join Us At Tri Imaging Solutions, our mission is simple: keep life-saving imaging technology running at its best.
