INTEGRATION ANALYST/DEVELOPER OR BPM ANALYST/DEVELOPER - SENIOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Client Solutions Resource Centre 2 (RC2) is seeking an Integration Analyst/Developer or BPM Analyst/Developer - Senior for multiple new and ongoing TIBCO initiatives as part of the 2025 Reuse Integration Development project. The successful candidate will work within the Client Solutions RC2 Team to analyze, develop, and convert both existing and new integrations.

INTEGRATION ANALYST/DEVELOPER OR BPM ANALYST/DEVELOPER - SENIOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Experience with TIBCO BW versions 5.x and 6.x
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of software development best practices
• Experience with enterprise integration solutions
• Familiarity with defined development frameworks and governance models

INTEGRATION ANALYST/DEVELOPER OR BPM ANALYST/DEVELOPER - SENIOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience in a government or public sector environment
• Familiarity with the client’s IT standards
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Understanding of BPM tools and methodologies
• Ability to deliver knowledge transfer sessions

• Develop, update, test, and deploy integration streams as per project requirements, schedules, and priorities
• Build, enhance, deploy, and test integration streams in accordance with the defined governance model
• Align project requirements with delivered integration solutions to support client project integration needs
• Ensure delivered solutions are designed, developed, and deployed according to client standards
• Create or update support documentation and project deliverables
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to other Enterprise Integration teams
