About the opportunity Join Mercy Health’s Applications team, a collaborative and high-performing group responsible for supporting critical enterprise systems across HR, payroll, and finance. This is a great opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organisation while contributing to the continuous improvement of integration solutions that underpin key business operations. Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Mercy Health’s non-clinical application integrations, with a primary focus on Workday (HRIS), payroll and finance system integrations. Liaise with external vendors and integration partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvements. Contribute to the broader Applications team by providing general application support and working collaboratively to deliver reliable, responsive services across the organisation. Provides level 2 and level 3 technical support for applications and integrations across the broader IT Applications portfolio, contributing to the delivery of key initiatives in system improvements, What you’ll bring You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. To thrive in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience supporting Workday integrations, including knowledge of Workday Integration Cloud and Workday Studio/Eclipse Studio. Experience in enterprise application support and/or systems integration, with demonstrated exposure to integration incident management, release coordination and vendor liaison. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on integration reliability, data accuracy and timely incident resolution. Effective communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with external vendors, integration partners and internal business stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
