Summary
We are looking for an “Integration and Maintenance Specialist (f/m/d)” for the “EW Series” division to join our team at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
Our field of activity includes the assembly, integration and testing of broadband high-frequency, avionic and optoelectronic assemblies and systems in series production and as customer returns.

Your Tasks

• Assembly of complex digital and HF assemblies according to the current MDP
• Soft soldering and quality control of solder joints and assemblies according to IPC
• Performing leak tests on assemblies and systems
• Carrying out repairs, maintenance and repair work on assemblies
• Participation in the creation of mechanical production documentation
• Participation in the design and creation of production aids
• Collaboration and support in process and workflow optimization
• Collaboration with development and design departments
• Initiating and implementing quality assurance measures
• Creation of quality reports in the event of deviations
• Creation of configuration files
• Documenting production steps in MES and SAP

Your Profile

• Completed training as an electronics technician (f/m/d) for devices and systems or comparable qualification
• Knowledge in the assembly of mechanical and electrical assemblies and systems
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, high team spirit
• Ability to coordinate and integrate
• Communication skills
• SAP R / 3 and MS Office knowledge
• Very good German and good English skills
