Job Description
This is a key role for one of our major clients
The Stakeholder & Readiness Manager is responsible for the development & management of the the Client’s Readiness & Acceptance Strategy for delivery of one of its key programmes in order to reach Full Operational Capability (FOC). The incumbent will be required to engage with key internal Client and external industry stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the Delivery of infrastructure work in a MOD or Civil Nuclear environment
  • Commissioning management/planning experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong strategic planning skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working on a Nuclear Licenced site or in a highly regulated environment
  • Engineering background
  • Project Management background

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Commissioning Manager for the programme to act as the point of contact between Euston’s commissioning team and the broader stakeholder community.
  • Contribute to the development of the programme’s commissioning management arrangements
  • Contribute to the development of the Verification and Validation criteria related to the programme
  • Contribute to the development of the programme commissioning schedule wrt to the readiness of Client stakeholders, personnel and existing assets, in order that their involvement in the programme’s commissioning test, trial and acceptance activities is optimised.
