Job Description Response for the Inertial or Pressure sensor characterization tasks in the MEMS sensor development phase by co-work with global development team within a product project team. Review sensor performance requirements and feedback to System-Team Derivation of test specification (Flow-Chart) for characterization and qualification on product level Drive test readiness (HW, SW, Lab-availability, Evaluation-Toolchain, MSA, Master-Tracker etc.) Test data evaluation Root-cause analysis in case of sensor issues Preparation of I&T related customer communication Specification and execution of system integration tests Supporting set-up of production-related test procedures (e.g. final test and Ongoing Reliability Test) Define future test methodologies and align with stakeholders (e.g. metrology, data evaluation toolchain etc.) Qualifications Master degree in MEMS sensor design or semiconductor development related field Fluent English in written and verbal 3 years or more experience as related role in a global development project is preferred Familiar with semiconductor technology and products (Fab, Assembly, Test) Familiar with MEMS technology and products (especially Gyro, Acceleration, Pressure) Programming skills in Python and/or Matlab Good problem-solving skills Knowledge in statistics and data aggregation (e.g.Tableau, Spotfire) Knowledge of MEMS sensor C&Q/Reliability tests, i.e. definition of KPIs, test profile design, typical issues during testing, cause-effect relationship etc. Understanding of the sensor communication protocols Good coordination, collaboration and communication skills (Incl. customer communication)
Responsibilities
The Integration and Test Engineer will be responsible for the characterization tasks of inertial or pressure sensors during the MEMS sensor development phase. This includes reviewing sensor performance requirements, deriving test specifications, and conducting root-cause analysis for sensor issues.
