Position: Integration and Test Lead
Minimum Years of Experience: 10
Security Clearance:
SECRET position. Personnel must possess a final DoD granted SECRET security clearance.
Education:
Minimum B.Sc., Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or Mathematics.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with spacecraft operations and test.
  • Extensive experience in directing teams of software engineers in the design and development of integration and test systems and procedures.
  • Experience with software engineering and hardware integration expertise of ground I&T test software as well as I&T ground support equipment and development and use of embedded GSE software.
  • Develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements.
  • Provides specific input to the software components of a system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of COTS/GOTS in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
  • Designs, implements, and integrates software applications or performs software engineering tasks.
  • Utilizes software engineering and design methodologies appropriate to the development, integration, and production environment.
  • Ensures efficient delivery of software engineering capabilities using industry standards and repeatable processes.
  • Mitigates risks, control costs and schedule variance, and effectively manages large scale, integrated software projects.
  • Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.
  • Provides electrical engineering expertise to analyze complex electrical systems, electrical-design, architecture, procurement, testing, and other electrical issues.
  • Integrate electrical components into complex hardware and software designs.
  • Organizes and directs electrical installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities.
  • Prepares reports and recommendations concerning existing and emerging electrical technologies based on users’ requirements.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000
