Description

10+ years in techno-functional roles delivering OMS and inventory solutions in enterprise environments. 3+ years as a Scrum Master (or equivalent Agile delivery lead) with hands-on facilitation and coaching. Demonstrated experience with: Kibo OMS (including DropShip) and integration patterns. Orderful or equivalent EDI networks. Designing and delivering API integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven patterns). GCP services for integration and event processing (Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions or Cloud Run) and observability (Cloud Logging/Monitoring). Strong capability in functional/process design: order orchestration, allocation/routing, drop ship workflows, inventory synchronization, returns. Proficiency creating user stories, acceptance criteria, end-to-end test scenarios, and traceability matrices. Tools: Jira/Confluence, Git-based repositories, CI/CD pipelines, API spec tools (Swagger/OpenAPI), data mapping tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of cross-team coordination and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of OMS and inventory solutions using Kibo OMS and GCP services. Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery, coordinate cross-team efforts, and manage vendor relationships.
