This role is responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of integration-related technologies across the organization. The analyst will serve as a vital resource for the RJW Integration Services team, leading efforts to gather, validate, and document the necessary requirements that enable successful EDI integrations.   Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, the Integration Business Analyst translates operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for system configuration and development. Their focus is on delivering robust technical solutions that align with business goals, ensuring that RJW continues to provide high-performing, scalable integration services to its customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Engage with RJW's EDI/Integration technology partners to support collaborative solution development. * Analyze, define, and document customer integration requirements to ensure accurate implementation. * Develop, configure, and enhance EDI/Integration-related applications and projects, including both internally developed solutions and third-party systems. * Identify and implement new technologies while establishing best practices for team adoption and integration. * Drive process improvements by leveraging technology enhancements, delivering optimized solutions to the RJW Integration team. * Lead assigned projects or tasks across the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and validation, testing, UAT, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and SOPs to support consistent operational execution and knowledge transfer. * Collaborate effectively in an Agile development environment, participating in planning, stand-ups, and iterative delivery cycles. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * A Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of project management experience * Experience working in an Agile environment * Project Management skills including organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation * Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills * Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills * Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills * Strong change management skills * Action-oriented, "can do" attitude demonstrating willingness to accept accountability and responsibility for individual actions   Must also demonstrate a sense of urgency, take initiative, sense of ownership of their work, strong team player, constant desire to improve, positive attitude, and willing to learn and experience a new environment. Qualifications: * Conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies * Experience with EDI Transactions: * 940, 945, 856, 850, 943, 944, 846, 947, 204, 990, 214, 210 * Prior experience with SaaS procurement and implementation * Knowledge of EDI/Integration technology with an emphasis on EDI, API, SQL, and ERP's * Experience in creating / maintaining technical and training documentation * Strategic planning and operations experience within IT/Integrations department. * The ability to translate technical issues into everyday language. * Synapse (WMS), McLeod (TMS), experience is preferred but not required. * Experience writing basic SQL queries * Experience working with Oracle, SQL, and Linux databases   Education and/or Experience Required: * Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field or 5+ years of experience in EDI/IT Integrations or as a technical BA focused on data integration and process improvement   Language Skills Sets: * Strong English language skills. Mathematical Skills: * College-level math skills required. Reasoning Ability: * Strong reasoning ability required, ability to develop and understand complex logic flows. Computer Skills: * Advanced computer skills required.   Physical Demands: * Light lifting required. * Mobility within office environment. * Requires extensive visual contact with computer screens and data input. * Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others. * Regularly works in an indoor/office environment and required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion. * Frequently required to talk, hear, stand, and walk. * Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required. * Must be able to work under stressful situations, have good cognitive skills, maintain work accuracy, and the ability to concentrate on more than one task at a time. * Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones. * Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances.
