We’re looking for an Integration Consultant to play their part in making our customers happy through effective and smooth implementation and change projects.
As an integration consultant, you work directly with our customers to design, implement and deploy integration solutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams like Product and Connectivity Development to create and improve Sympa’s integration applications.

  • Define data fields and the data structure used in integrations
  • Investigate and document integration processes
  • Configure Sympa’s API and integration platform settings
  • Create, validate and refine test files before deploying to production
  • Support and consult the customers and third party vendors on data structure and integration processes
  • Work with data formats such as CSV, XML, API, json
  • Troubleshoot and fine-tune data flows and system behaviour

WHAT WE VALUE IN OUR CANDIDATES

The person we are looking for is an experienced systems expert with a deep understanding of how business-critical systems work under the hood. You have hands-on experience using complex systems in an admin or similar role that requires diving deep into configurations, understanding system behavior, and mastering how the system functions end to end. You take ownership, drive things forward and are highly motivated.   • Experience with API, .json, CSV, XML
  • Ability to communicate fluently with customers in English and Finnish or Swedish is a must
