abra Professional Services is looking for an Integration Developer Lead. The role includes: Leading and managing the integration development team, responsible for all organizational integration infrastructure and interfaces, including coordination and integration across development teams, infrastructure, information security, vendors, and business stakeholders Responsibility for technical and managerial aspects, including planning, task allocation, system specifications, risk management, etc. Designing and implementing an organizational integration and hybrid interface infrastructure (cloud + on-premises) Defining standards, methodologies, and work processes adapted to the new integration tools Being on-call (paid) to provide 24/7 support, including physical presence at organizational sites when necessary Requirements Formal education in a relevant field (Information Systems, Technology, Industrial Engineering, or similar) Hands-on experience with enterprise integration tools, such as: BizTalk, Tibco, Apigee, MuleSoft, webMethods - Preferred At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development (.NET / Java) At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with databases, including writing Stored Procedures At least 2 years of experience in team management At least 2 years of experience in writing system requirement and design documentation More than 1 year of experience with API Management tools- Preferred More than 1 year of experience with cloud-based integration tools- Preferred Required Personal Attributes & Skills Strong teamwork skills Full responsibility and independence in completing tasks Adherence to procedures, organized working style, ability to read, understand, and work according to specifications System-level thinking and holistic perspective Ability for self-directed learning in the field High service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew
