Responsibilities

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

The Integration Developer will be a key technical member of our team, primarily focused on creating and maintaining integrations between our text analytics platform and external data providers. These integrations will be crucial for pulling data from sources like survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Forsta, Quantilope), CRM platforms (e.g., ZenDesk, Salesforce), and social listening platforms (e.g., Pulsar, Zoomph). The role requires a solid understanding of APIs and secure data access protocols, as well as the ability to work with various cloud services and database management systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising and working closely with our customer’s technical team to ensure all aspects of the integration work run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and Maintain Integrations: Build new integrations and maintain existing ones with various data providers to ensure continuous data availability.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the commercial team and solutions director to understand client requirements and translate these into technical specifications.
  • Client Interaction: Liaise directly with clients’ IT departments to understand their technical environment and acquire necessary data access.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation for all integrations and processes to ensure they can be managed and scaled effectively.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all integrations meet the necessary compliance and security standards required for safe and reliable operations.
  • Testing and validating integrations: Ensuring that data flows accurately and reliably between systems.
