Position Title: Senior Manager – Electromechanical Design Experience: 6 - 8 years Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) Location: Vadodara Key Responsibilities/Deliverables: Life Cycle Management of Air Circuit Breakers Problem Solving, Product Improvement, Mechanical stress analysis/ simulations, Mechanism Design & calculations Value Engineering, Customer complaint Analysis, New Product Development Working with cross functional team (Quality, Engineering, Production) Improvement in Production line FTY, customer DPM. Functional Competencies: PTC Creo 3D modelling, 3D model assembly & drawing, cad simulations, mechanism simulations, stress analysis of Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs). Engineering drawings preparations, working in SAP, SAP-PLM, SAP-PPM Expertise in FTA, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up, Collaborative working with cross functions like Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning Teams.
