Role Overview: As an Integration Engineer – 3 (Business Engineering) at Cashfree Payments, you will enable seamless merchant integrations, drive go-live and provide ongoing technical support while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver tailored integration solutions. What You Will Do: Demonstrate the Cashfree Payments product suite to merchants during pre-sales and post-sales calls and guide them through product integration and dashboard usage. Understand merchant use cases, map them to relevant Cashfree products, and recommend the right product suite for integration. Support merchants with API/product walkthroughs, sandbox setup, payment flow understanding, and request/response debugging. Drive end-to-end integrations and successfully take merchants live on the platform. Technically manage merchant accounts from onboarding to go-live, and provide post-production support for technical issues, queries, and debugging. Analyse merchant issues in depth and provide effective, scalable technical solutions. Gather non-standard merchant requirements and work with internal teams to create custom bespoke solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries from merchants and their developer teams over multiple channels providing them with step-by-step technical assistance Deep dive and analyse issues end-to-end and efficiently collaborate with other teams to solve critical merchant problems Operate on stringent resolution SLAs to resolve business critical problems for Cashfree merchants working and collaborating with engineering and operational teams Develop and maintain product level playbooks for team reference, contribute to and manage the repository /knowledge base Take up technical value add tasks and initiatives aimed at improving product efficiency What You Will Need: Mnimum 4 years relevant experience as Integration Engineer with Online payments companies Understanding of coding languages like Go/Python/Java, platforms (Android, iOS) with hands-on working experience in at least one of them. Strong understanding of running queries using SQL and using APIs on tools like Postman Familiarity/experience of using web and mobile tools such as React Native, Flutter, Cordova, Ionic React would be a plus Experience in handling technical queries on email/call/chat channels Keen eye for technical documentation enhancement Excellent problem-solving aptitude and communication skills Experience in maintaining and optimizing existing integration solutions to reflect all changes in client’s and internal environments Capable of ideating process improvements, mentoring and assisting junior team members. Showcase exemplary ownership and accountability in solving, following up and communicating with merchants and internal teams alike Lead cross functional collaboration efforts and set the benchmark in performance and adherence within the team
