Description

We at Bohemia Interactive Simulations are a well-established company specializing in the development of world-leading, game-based military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. Our mission is to advance the industry by leveraging the latest technologies and trends, including whole-world simulation, virtual reality, motion tracking, and AI.
We are seeking a motivated Integration Engineer. The Integration Engineer (IE) provides BISim technology demonstrations and capability overviews to potential customers in support of Business Development. The IE is responsible for BISim software configuration, simulation scenario development, using interoperability middleware, and integrating 3rd party COTS technologies and BISim’s technologies with various end-user simulation and training devices. This also includes prototyping the extensibility and use of BISim products to existing and future customers and actively liaising between those customers and internal BISim stakeholders. The IE will work with program managers, product management, and BD to capture customer technical needs and communicate technology gaps effectively with the engineering organization.
The IE represents BISim to our customers. They are expected to become experts with our products, creatively help customers leverage them and communicate effectively. The IE reaches back within the BISim organization for support when required.
The IE also represents our customers to BISim itself. They support program management and product development by gathering and verifying customer requirements, investigating bugs, communicating customer use cases and product limitations, and advocating for the needs of our users.
