Description
We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join our engineering team in Northern Israel. Responsibilities Perform hands-on integration, validation, and troubleshooting activities in company laboratories. Lead and support qualification and certification testing at external laboratories. Execute system integration and support the transition from R&D to manufacturing (NPI), working closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle. Support first production builds, conduct final product verification, and resolve manufacturing and design-related issues down to the component level. Perform hardware, software, and system-level testing and debugging. Analyze failures, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to improve product quality and manufacturability. Requirements Practical Engineer (Electronics) or equivalent technical qualification. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in integration, validation, or system engineering. Proven experience working with multidisciplinary systems involving hardware and software. Experience with RF systems (required). Strong hands-on experience with electronic test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and related lab instruments. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (mandatory). Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) – an advantage. Experience writing test plans, test procedures, and test documentation – an advantage. Preferred Skills Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
