About This Role: As an Integration Engineer, your key responsibilities will be to: Onboard and support customers through API integration processes Work closely with aggregators, lenders, and financial services organizations Support and maintain API integrations (e.g., REST APIs, gateways, data services) Assist with data integrations and reporting platforms (e.g., ElasticSearch) Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer integration issues Identify, debug, and fix integration-related errors and bugs where applicable Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems Create, update, and maintain clear integration documentation Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support We are looking for Individuals who have: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field OR a Diploma in Information Technology 3-5 years of experience in technical support, integration support, or web development Strong customer support mindset with excellent communication skills Programming knowledge preferably C# Experience working with public APIs Experience writing technical or public documentation What’s On Offer We provide a great environment and platform for employees to build their career. Responsibilities
