Description

Design, build and maintain integrations between systems such as ERP, WMS, CRM, PIM, e-commerce platforms, Snowflake and external services.
Develop and maintain integrations and automations in Workato.
Work with REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, SQL databases, files and other integration mechanisms.
Translate business and application requirements into reliable technical integration solutions.
Implement data mappings, transformations and validation logic.
Build integrations with appropriate error handling, retry, replay and monitoring mechanisms.
Investigate and resolve integration incidents and structural issues.
Work closely with application owners, project teams and technical colleagues across different HENDI entities.
Develop reusable integration components and patterns rather than solving the same problem multiple times.
Improve documentation, naming conventions, logging, monitoring and deployment practices.
Help establish clear development, testing and production standards for our integration landscape.
Contribute to decisions about integration architecture and the appropriate technology or integration pattern for different use cases.
Help continuously improve the reliability, maintainability and scalability of our integration environment.
