Description

Description
The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently pursuing a new opportunity that has openings for a Integration Engineer to work in Tampa, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Enterprise Development, Application, and Training (EDAT) mission. In this mission we are focused on providing innovative, data-driven solutions and enterprise architecture enhancements to enable seamless operations across USSOCOM’s global network. The program emphasizes rapid development and deployment of technologies to enhance the mobility and readiness of Special Operations Forces (SOF) in both combat and non-combat scenarios. Key tasks include program management, application development, training support, and technology integration to maintain USSOCOM’s operational edge. The EDAT program underscores agility and adaptability, ensuring SOF professionals have access to the information and tools they need to meet evolving mission requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS.

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in systems or network engineering, integration, or identity/access management.
  • Active TS with SCI eligibility clearance.
  • Meets DoD 8140/8570 IAT II (CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, or GICSP) certification requirements.
  • Hands-on experience integrating enterprise identity services, Active Directory, or comparable identity solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, ICAM, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS.

  • MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience in systems or network engineering, integration, or identity/access management.
  • Experience with Radiant Logic and/or SailPoint deployments.
  • Familiarity with ICAM in a DoD or federal enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of enterprise federation, directory services, and identity governance workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
At Leidos, we don’t want someone who “fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, “what’s next?” before the dust settles on “what’s now.”
If you’re already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and integrate Radiant Logic MUR and SailPoint IGA software suites within SOCOM’s ICAM environment.
  • Integrate Radiant Logic with authoritative sources (e.g., Active Directory) to establish a federated Master User Record.
  • Connect SailPoint to the MUR to provide initial identity governance workflows, including access requests and certification campaigns.
  • Support troubleshooting, validation, and sustainment of integrated ICAM solutions.
  • Collaborate with SOCOM stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with Zero Trust goals and FY27 DoD target activities.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and configuration baselines.
