JOB SUMMARY

We are is seeking a dedicated Integration Lab Manager to lead all aspects of our Quality Assurance and Integrations Lab. This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining PACS development and test environments for our products and services. The Integration Lab Manager will also act as a key technical resource and drive special projects in collaboration with sales engineering, product management, and customer support.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in PACS and enterprise security integration, strong installation expertise, and a proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

SKILLS

  • 5+ years of experience in software and hardware quality assurance, including test plan development and execution.
  • 5+ years of experience in the physical access control industry, with knowledge of card readers, access cards, and related systems.
  • Proficiency in testing on Android and iOS platforms.
  • Certifications in Lenel, CCURE9000, Genetec, or other PACS systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Project management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Jira, and Zephyr.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of security operations.
  • Experience with enterprise logical access deployments.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze system and software requirements to anticipate feature interactions and behaviors.
  • Partner with software, hardware, and systems engineers to ensure alignment on requirements.
  • Develop hardware integration plans in coordination with product managers, support managers, and sales engineering.
  • Conduct focused integration testing on system and application changes, diligently tracking and reporting progress.
  • Identify, analyze, and report product malfunctions through testing in varied deployment scenarios.
  • Document feature requests and effective workarounds in collaboration with the broader team.
  • Plan and execute special development projects within the integration lab, ensuring adherence to budgets.
  • Identify and communicate product and project risks as well as opportunities.
  • Support special projects with Sales Engineering, R&D, and Product Management by researching potential client environments for new features and compliance requirements, and replicating them in the lab for QA, incident investigations, and research.
  • Collaborate with strategic clients and partners to validate product integrations and ensure use cases are met across production environments, including future or custom-developed features for key customers and technology partners.
