Description:

Heidi is on a mission to half the time it takes to deliver world-class care. We believe that in 2050 every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burden and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world. Today, we have a suite of tools that modernise the way patients receive and clinicians provide care. Heidi Scribe transcribes consultations to generate clinical notes, documents and next-step actions. These tools are being stitched into a platform that will define a new mode of providing healthcare.
We’ve recently raised our $10M Series A led by Australia’s largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and we have an ambitious global go-to-market strategy in which we will continue to scale our clinical products. Therefore we’re hiring an Integration Lead to supercharge our product strategy by helping us build (and integrate) AI tools that clinicians can’t live without.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Integration Lead reporting to our founder/CEO to join our Product team and work closely with engineering to drive and execute the strategy and process across all integration opportunities.
An Integration Lead responsible for the execution of the integration component of the product roadmap, with a commercial understanding and how it translates to representing user needs. You will have operated in a hyper growth startup with experience building SaaS products from 0-1. You will also have a deep understanding of the key challenges engineers face and a firm grasp on design principles in prioritising key features and capabilities. Your superpower is how to bridge the gap between technical specifics and business needs effortlessly and turn high-level designs into real-world solutions. You thrive in challenging situations, and you appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment. You are quick to grasp the nuances and complexities of developing an AI product healthcare in both Australia and internationally.
We know that brilliant people can come from unlikely places; if you have a proven track record of shipping spectacular technically challenging products and features, regardless of industry, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Integration Strategy: Work with our CEO to develop and execute our integration strategy, identifying key partners and assessing their alignment with our business goals and customer requirements. These may include Practice Management Systems, Electronic Health Records and other Digital Health integrations.
  • Integration Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of integration projects, including outreach, commercial discussions, scoping, planning, prioritization, development, testing, and deployment.
  • API Product Development: Drive the development of a world class series of APIs that expose our ML features and capabilities for engineering teams in health and beyond. This will include defining product requirements, API specifications and documentation for our customers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product marketing, sales and customer success - to understand customer needs, gather feedback, align integration and API development with Heidi’s objectives.
  • External Partner Management: Engage with external integration partners and third-party developers, building strong relationships and ensuring successful collaboration throughout the integration process.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to testing processes to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of features & products developed.
  • Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation.
