What you will doIntegration & Platform Architecture - Own the Group's integration and platform architecture end-to-end, setting the standards that keep OpCo and Group systems loosely coupled, prevent point-to-point sprawl, and ensure every platform is positioned and integrated in a governed, maintainable way. Design a repeatable OpCo connector framework, hold vendors and SIs to Group architectural standards, and keep decisions flexible for future acquisitions, separations, and carve-outs.
EDI Strategy & Governance - Own the Group's EDI architecture and standards, defining a consistent, scalable approach across all OpCos - a mission-critical capability given how central EDI is to day-to-day cold chain and food logistics operations.
M&A Integration - Own the technical M&A integration playbook from Day 1 connectivity through long-term platform alignment, driving hands-on onboarding of new OpCos within agreed timeframes.
Stakeholder Engagement – Engage regularly with Group leadership on architecture and integration strategy, while partnering with the Group Data & Analytics Lead to define data contracts between the integration layer and the Group D&A platform.
