In this role you will support our clients to deliver large, complex Data Center projects and programmes. The Integration Manager will be responsible for all integration and technical infrastructure scope delivery as well as liaise with a number of internal and external stakeholders. What you will be doing: Stakeholder management - Represent and maintain the relationship with the client and liaise with external stakeholders. Be (ultimately) responsible for management of the projects technical infrastructure. Responsible for co-ordination and monitoring of planned execution relating to the EA (Early access) and other critical milestones. Depending on the scope of the project, manage the project through its relevant phases (i.e. design, procurement, construction and handover) ensuring requirements and deliverables are being met. Ensure flow of information between all parties to the contract is effective and timely. Lead or attend key meetings and be prepared to provide progress reports, collaborate to resolve issues, and communicate impacts to stakeholders. Responsible for management and reporting of the planning and execution status of the following scopes and deliverables: Furniture Fixture and Fittings (FF&E), Audio Visual (AV), Radio Over IP (ROIP), Telecoms, internal and external facility and network, Security, physical and electrical, Corpnet WLAN, CMMS, PMS & BMS. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role as Integration Manager. Successfully delivered large scale, complex, multidisciplinary construction Data Center projects for clients. University degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Civils or closely related field. Must have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required. Influencing skills as well as strong communication skills allowing you to effectively interact with clients, contractors, management, and colleagues. An ability to manage expectations, influence change, and report/update accurately on progress drawing on you strong planning and organization skills. Understanding in areas of MEP and/or CSA disciplines. Client-side or GC background is preferred. International work experience or working within an international context is an advantage.
