Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in the Nordics area we are currently recruiting for experienced Integration Manager to join our Data Centre team in Norway. With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting clients as they deliver large-scale, complex Data Center projects and programmes. As Integration Manager, you will oversee all integration and technical infrastructure scope, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Facilitate installation of fibre, circuits, modems, and other critical systems Develop and execute Integration Plans with milestones for Early Access and Beneficial Use Attend and actively contribute to site, program, telecoms, and security meetings Manage and report on execution status across multiple infrastructure projects on time (installs, racks, cages, power, security, telecoms, AV, WAN/LAN/WLAN, FF&E) Represent the client relationship and coordinate with external partners. Coordinate and monitor progress against Early Access (EA) and other critical milestones. Guide projects through design, procurement, construction, and handover phases, ensuring requirements and deliverables are met. Maintain effective and timely communication between all parties to the contract. Lead or participate in key meetings, provide progress updates, resolve issues, and communicate impacts to stakeholders. Qualifications University degree in Telecommunications or Construction Project Management and or equivalent Telecom experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role; client-side or GC background is preferred Experience with work onsite on Data Centre project or similar technical environments Ability to manage expectations, influence change, and report/update accurately on progress drawing on you strong planning and organization skills Understanding in areas of MEP and/or CSA disciplines. Computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and construction project management software Ability to multi-task and identify priority activities Possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and identify priority activities Availability for on-site work Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
