We are looking for an experienced Integration Platform Manager to lead the transition from legacy point-to-point integrations to a modern enterprise integration platform.

This role will own the integration strategy, roadmap, and delivery of integrations across a complex application landscape, with a strong focus on SAP BTP Integration Suite and cloud-based integration services. You will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure critical systems are connected through scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the enterprise integration platform.
• Lead the migration from point-to-point integrations to a centralized integration architecture.
• Define integration standards, governance, and best practices.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into integration roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver integration projects.
• Ensure integrations are reliable, secure, monitored, and supportable.
• Drive continuous improvement of integration capabilities and operating models.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in enterprise integration or middleware environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience with cloud integration technologies, APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise business systems.
• Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading integration programs, platforms, or domains.

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Azure integration technologies.
• Knowledge of API management and modern integration patterns.
• Exposure to AI-enabled or next-generation integration approaches.
