Description:

MOL GBS is shared services organization delivers finance and HR support for MOL Group companies. The organization is comprised of 500 colleagues located in Hungary and Slovakia with the ambition to extend service scope to all European countries where MOL is present. The scope of services includes Statutory and Financial Reporting, Transactional Accounting, Customer Credit Management, Treasury and Payment Operations, Payroll and HR support.

MOL GBS Hungary is looking for
an Integration manager
Who will actively participate in integration / transition / implementation related projects of MOL GBS (including non-HU companies also). Analyze, understand, supervise and develop the financial processes put in the projects’ scope. Ensure the methodological compliance with the Group regulations, contribute to the efficiency by implementing the Group “best practice” in cooperation with relevant colleagues (e.g. Global process owners). Make decisions in integration / transition / implementation projects and contribute to the efficient application / operation in GBS. Align key stakeholders (customers, business unit leaders, management, etc.) on the direction of the projects and the related operation, anyhow impacted by the project. Provide post-project help for the relevant colleagues. Empowered to initiate changes in the project scope or the later operation if the professional argumentation requires / supports the adjustment. Educate stakeholders on the operation impacted by the projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead / contribute to integration / transition / implementation projects’ design, impacting GBS operation. Operation scope is extended to Group level, with focus of GBS served companies in Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Poland and Slovenia.
Manage the implementation projects with full responsibility, moreover lead and control the ad hoc project team (even on Group level) which was created to the given implementation.
Full-scope management of potential 3rd party vendors (advisor, auditor, etc.) involved into the integration project: proposal, contracting, task setting, supervising, back testing, etc.
Initiate the implementation of policies, processes and embedded internal controls in alignment with the respective Group policies and “best practices”
In frames of the integration projects, establish, manage and supervise the full change management activity. In relation to process transformation, policy and process changes get aligned with key stakeholders from all the relevant units on Group level.
Provide technical support to the operative teams of GBS or FP&R in interpreting and implementing the processes
In particular cases (occasionally) act as interim manager for operative teams (even on Group level) to ensure the continuous financial process management and operation
Support the work of Group Strategy. Ensure strong cooperation between M&A, FP&R and GBS teams especially in accounting, taxation and financial process related topics.
Support the selection of the ERP system and make sure that the targeted company, after the implementation follows Group Reporting Requirements.
Monitor adherence to policies and effectiveness of processes. Engage with stakeholders and users to collect feedback and lessons learnt
Determine gaps and manage the introduction of the processes in project scope in case of new company acquisitions / transitions
Foster the development and continuously improvement of processes, based on industry best practices, and incorporate lessons learnt and user feedbacks
Needs a vision for how the pieces of the project come together, where the integration points are, and how performance can be improved over time.
Identify the right project and post-project management style for stakeholders and apply it consistently.
Support SVP of GBS, top-level finance and business management in the field of ad-hoc analysis and management decision support. To provide independent and pro-active analysis and comprehensive problem-solving options for supporting the decision-making process.
What Is Required To Fill The Position
Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance/accounting
5-10 years’ experience in finance areas
4-5 years’ direct stakeholder management and people management experience handled as advantage
Fluency in English
Polish / Romanian, Slovenian is advantageous
Willingness to travel
ERP: SAP, MS Office
