Responsibilities

THE ROLE: WANT TO BE A PART OF OUR EXCITING GROWTH JOURNEY?

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as an Integration Project Manager, where you will play a critical role in the continued success of the IFS Integration within the Solution Engineering Team.
You will oversee and coordinate integration projects from inception to delivery, aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, Expertise with IFS Apps10, and a customer-focused, collaborative mindset

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and align the efforts of Development, Solution Engineering, Customer Success and Sales
  • Prioritize tasks within the Development and Solutions Engineering teams based on project needs and customer requirements
  • Engage with customers to understand requirements. Act as a bridge between the customer and technical teams
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers about the status of their implementation and delivery timelines
  • Provide transparent project updates to the wider business, reporting on roadblocks and overall project health.
  • Assisting Customer Success with the implementation of TRAILD.
