INTEGRATION PROJECT MANAGER:

On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for an Integration Project Manager for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Surrey, British Columbia office.

INTEGRATION PROJECT MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves migrating from the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise platform to Microsoft Power BI to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure long-term scalability. The Integration Project Manager will oversee this modernization initiative, ensuring a successful transition and decommissioning of the legacy system.

INTEGRATION PROJECT MANAGER - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 7+ years managing IT modernization or reporting/analytics projects
  • Experience with report lifecycle management and BI tools (preferably BOE and Power BI)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid project delivery
  • Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management
  • Experience in public sector or health care environments
  • Skilled in risk management, change management, and structured governance

INTEGRATION PROJECT MANAGER – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Prosci or other formal Change Management certification
  • Membership in PMI, CPHIMS-CA, or other relevant professional organizations
  • Experience in report modernization, migration planning, and analytics governance
  • Experience working within the Health environment
Responsibilities
