We are seeking a talented Integration Software Engineer to join our Finance systems and data team and lead the transformation and automation of business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions such as Workato, Dell Boomi, and Mulesoft, with a strong understanding of APIs and other integration technologies. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, gather and analyze business requirements, propose innovative solutions, and execute automation workflows.

• Process Automation and Transformation:
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient automation workflows using iPaaS solutions.
• Integration Development:
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems, including ERP, MRP, and CRM platforms.
• Develop and deploy APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between applications.
• Ensure integrations are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Requirements Gathering and Collaboration:
• Work closely with business units and departments to understand their needs.
• Document requirements and create detailed project plans for proposed solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Implementation and Testing:
• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-deployment support.
• Conduct user training and prepare comprehensive documentation for all implementations.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automated workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in automation and integration.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in business processes.
