REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
- Extensive experience working with SaaS platforms and integrating them with external APIs.
- Proven ability to understand, map, and implement complex API interactions.
- Strong knowledge of API design principles, including RESTful architecture and best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
- Hands-on experience with Java SpringBoot, showcasing expertise in back-end development and building robust applications.
PREFERRED SKILLS & ADDITIONAL EXPERTISE:
- Experience with platforms like LivePerson or other messaging-related SaaS solutions, with a focus on enhancing customer communication and interaction.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their application in messaging and integration scenarios.
- Front-End Development:
- Knowledge of React and other front-end technologies to support end-to-end solution development and integration.
